Refund policy

Brick Journey Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused), with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@brickjourney.com.au if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
